What to Do If Your Land Details Are Missing from Dharitree?

Why Is My Data Missing?

During the massive digitization drive, old, tattered physical records were transcribed into the Dharitree database. Naturally, human errors occurred, and some data was left out.

Scenario 1: Un-surveyed Villages

Certain remote villages or specific NC (Non-Cadastral) blocks have never been formally surveyed or mapped. For these areas, data simply does not exist digitally. You must rely purely on physical Chitha records at the CO office.

Scenario 2: Transcription Errors

If your neighbors' data is online but yours isn't, there was likely a transcription omission. Take a copy of your old physical Jamabandi/Patta to the Circle Office. Meet the record-keeper and request a "Data Entry Update" onto the Dharitree server.

Warning: Always verify your status on Dharitree before agreeing to sell your land. If your name is missing online, the Sewa Setu NOC portal will block your application instantly.
