How to Find Your Dag Number and Patta Number

You cannot effectively use the ILRMS or Dharitree portals without knowing your Dag (plot) and Patta (lease) numbers. But what if your physical documents are lost?

Searching by Pattadar Name

Dharitree has a robust search feature built specifically for this scenario.

  1. Go to the Jamabandi module and select your District, Circle, and Village.
  2. Instead of entering a Dag or Patta, select the Search by Pattadar Name option.
  3. Type the exact name (or part of the name) in the local language or English (depending on how the database was digitized). It's best to use the virtual Assamese keyboard provided on the site.
  4. Scan the results. Once you spot the correct name and father's name, the system will reveal the associated Patta and Dag numbers.

Make sure to write these numbers down securely, as they are mandatory for paying Khajana and applying for NOCs.
